Dr. Solanki is the Research & Program Director for the Postsecondary Education Research & Implementation (PERI) Institute. Her research focuses on higher education policy, STEM education, and the evaluation of education interventions. In her current role at The PERI Institute, Dr. Solanki works on a number of diverse research projects, using both quasi-experimental and experimental designs, with the overall goal of ensuring equitable student success and creating more diverse and inclusive institutions of higher education. She also oversees center activities including grant-writing and project management, in addition to supporting research efforts across campus geared toward student success.
