DTEI is conducting a listening tour at department (and school-level) meetings to better align support and resources with current teaching needs. In addition to gathering input from faculty, DTEI’s leadership introduces key services and facilitates a brief department-wide teaching conversation.
Thus far, DTEI has visited over a dozen departments with several more upcoming sessions. Many great conversations have started during these sessions. DTEI is compiling and analyzing the input from these sessions along with faculty perspectives shared in the feedback survey to develop programs and support that directly respond to feedback as soon as possible.
