This workshop is all about critically thinking about assessment in our courses. Some of the topics central to this workshop are Bloom’s taxonomy, understanding the roles of formative and summative assessment, and how to effectively structure assessment so that students can flourish. If you come to this workshop, you can expect to leave with a better understanding of how assessment can be used to enhance student learning and with the ability to better structure assessment in your future courses!
