Date, Time, and Location: Monday, October 8th from 12pm-1:30pm in AIRB 1030

This workshop will cover Canvas fundamentals and the updates on the transition from UCI’s Electronic Educational Environment (EEE). The content will orient around an activity where participants will explore various tools necessary for building a course in Canvas. This activity will be bracketed with discussions of the different tools and features available in the two learning management tools, or going away in EEE. Where possible, Canvas alternatives to EEE tools will be identified, and by the end of the workshop, participants should be able to demonstrate the ability to create a basic course skeleton in Canvas.
