Date, Time, and Location: Thursdays, April 30th, May 7th, May 14th, and May 21st from noon-2:00pm via Zoom

This certificate program covers the foundations of successful course design. Participants will practice ‘backwards, integrated course design’ by establishing goals for student learning and aligning assignments and assessments with these goals. Participants will leave this program with a certificate in course design, a draft syllabus for a course they may teach in the future, and strategies for teaching that course. To get the certificate, full attendance and participation is required for all four sessions. Please note that this workshop will be taking place remotely and that we will be utilizing Zoom breakout sessions for this purpose.
