Date, Time, and Location: Wednesdays, April 3rd, 17th, and 24th, and May 1st from 2-4pm in AIRB 1030

This certificate program covers the foundations of successful course design. Participants will practice ‘backwards, integrated course design’ by establishing goals for student learning and aligning assignments and assessments with these goals. Participants will leave this program with a certificate in course design, a draft syllabus for a course they may teach in the future, and strategies for teaching that course. To get the certificate, full attendance and participation is required for all four days.
